  • The rates below are based on a 6-hour event (including setup and break down). Also included in this rate is a $125 cleaning fee and a venue representative to help with general assistance for the duration of your event.

    • Event Duration: 4 hours of event time plus 2 hours of setup time (total of 6 hours), with the option to add more time if needed.
    • Kitchenette: Convenient kitchenette for food preparation and full-size refrigerator 
    • Parking: Ample parking space 
    • Internet Access: High-speed WiFi 
    • Flex Room: Multi-purpose flex room that can be used as a changing room or for other needs.
    • Restrooms: Clean and spacious bathrooms 

    2. Table & Seating

    • Seating: 75 chairs available (Choose between our clear Chiavari chairs, white chanel chairs or black phoenix chairs, or gold O-back chairs) We’ll set them up for you) Kids chairs are also available
    • Tables: 15 Tables (5ft, 6ft, 8ft tables are available. Choose between round or rectangular tables)
    • Cocktail Tables: 4 tables available

    3. Audio/Visual

    • Audio System: Built-in speakers providing high-quality sound, Bluetooth capable
    • Lighting: Uplighting to enhance the ambiance of the space
    • Visuals: Ceiling-mounted HD projector for presentations or video displays.

    4. Bar Stand & Serveware

    • Elegant bar: includes one large ice bucket, 2 drink dispensers
    • Buffet Table & Serveware: Table covering and chaffing dishes only
    • Cake Stands: elegant cake stands and food risers available

    5. Backdrop Options

    • Round Backdrop Stands: 7.5ft round and 6ft round metal stands
    • Set of 2 Arch Stands: 6.6ft and 7.2ft metal arches with covers (in basic colors)
    • Pipe & Drape Setup: 10ft x 10ft Pipe set up with draping in Black, white, or Ivory
