To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our booking policy before making a reservation.

Reservations:

• Bookings: Reservations are required for all events. We recommend booking in advance, especially for high event seasons as space is limited.
• Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
• Changes/Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance. Please contact us via email or phone to modify or cancel your reservation.

For all booked and confirmed events, your initial deposit consisting of 50% of your total rental (not including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Please keep in mind that dates are typically booked months in advance, therefore cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill.

We acknowledge that things do not always go as planned, as such, the deposit will be retained for future use. In the event of complete cancellation, the deposit is not lost but kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used towards any other type of event (party, baby shower, bridal shower, family/ holiday gathering) for future use.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notification, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Payment:

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes will be added to your reservation total.

Conduct:

• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave the premises for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.

Safety:

• We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from our staff.
• Curate and Gather Columbus is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
